PBM Services Company, LLC was founded by Mr. W. Pernell McKenrick in 1999.
Starting his career in industrial distribution and service of air compressor and pump systems provided a unique insight into the customers requirement. “I found that customers would pay top dollar for the best piece of equipment on the market. After the sale they would get shafted by the distributor when mediocre parts and service were provided.”
As an entrepreneur Mr. McKenrick founded PBM Services Company, LLC on the principles of providing outstanding products and services.
“I did not like the feeling of leaving the customer with little or no choices. If they were going to spend to receive the best product then we were going to provide the best service and support available”.
